Frost the Dog needs a home

Hey there, I'm Frost! I'm a 6mo old boxer (no, I'm not deaf)! When I came into care, my name really suited me because I looked like I'd been frost-bit. The folks at Tanner's quickly got me to the vet and realized I had demodectic mange (don't worry, this is not the contagious type). I look SO MUCH better than I did but I'm still on daily medication and baths to really kick this in the rear! My adopter should know that the type of mange I have can flare-up during my adolescence so it wouldn't be uncommon for me to need additional treatment. However, it's not cantagious and the medication is not costly. So, enough about that medical stuff, and more about ME! I came from a puppy mill and was surrendered because of my skin condition (they didn't know what it was). I'm a silly boy who gets along with dogs, cats and kids (of course, it depends on the child). I'm pretty active, but hey- I'm still just a pup! I've grown to love playing with dog toys, but I am still a scaredy cat.. certain things scare me but that's to be expected as I lacked socialization as a pup and am still figuring out how to be a dog.
